RETURN and REFUND POLICIES

I really want you to be super happy with the items you have bought at EasyShoeMaking, however, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the next 14 days from the moment you received your order.

In case you wish to return an item, please, contact me and I will detail how to proceed.

In order to be returned, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item and possible custom fees generated by the shipping.

Once I will have received the item and checked it, your refund will be issued within 7 business day, using the same method you used to pay the order.

Please, consider that it can take few days for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund on your account to clear.

The amount to be refunded will be the cost of the item only, shipping cost cannot be refunded.

All returned eligible items will be refunded, exchanges aren’t possible, in case you want to have a different item, I invite you to purchase the one you desire at www.easyshoemaking.com.

Online shoemaking courses and gift vouchers can’t be returned/refunded.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Once your order is received, it will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally
within 2-3 days, with the exception of weekend and bank holidays, in these cases
this may be stretched up to 4 or 5 days.

► DOMESTIC shipping within Spain has a delivery estimate of :

1-3 working days

► INTERNATIONAL:

You can choose in between:

– Standard Shipping: it’s a registered service which includes tracking number and
signature on delivery.
This has a delivery approximate estimate of :

7-10 working day for Europe
7-15 working days for everywhere else.

– Express Shipping: it’s a registered service which includes tracking number and
signature on delivery.
This has a delivery approximate estimate of :

1-2 working day for Europe
2-4 working days for everywhere else.

Upgraded shipping can be sent with DHL, UPS or TNT depending on where you live.

Delivery to PO Boxes is possible only with Standard Shipping Method.

Both shipping methods, Standard or Express, are not insured, if you wish to insure your shoes, please, select this option at checking out.

Buyers are responsible for any duty, fees or tax charged by local Custom on
imported goods into each country so, please, make sure you are aware of your
country’s import charges.
